Build a walking fortress. Strip a dying world for parts. Become too powerful to stop.

About the game

Gravehaul is a side-view idle game with a two-region campaign: the Ashfields and, beyond the tollgate, the Cinderworks. The fortress starts its first approach with four mounted modules. Every cleared engagement drops salvage, research data and machinery you can equip in its place. Incoming loot is never auto-equipped; comparing, favouriting and dismantling is your job.

Two currencies shape the build. Scrap reinforces a mount permanently, up to twenty ranks, and survives whatever module you bolt onto it. Research Data buys twelve instant upgrades across Ordnance, Endurance and Recovery. Twelve reinforcement ranks reveal the Ironclad Hauler chassis, forty-eight the final Monument Hauler.

Before you commit, Expedition forecasts every unlocked sector: the current build is simulated headlessly with the same rules as live combat, so you see expected cycle time, remaining hull and rewards, or the engagement where the hull fails. Two bosses gate the regions. The Tollkeeper braces its armour, then opens up to charge a heavy salvo; the Kiln Saint replaces fallen repair support during its furnace call. Both leave a fixed Legendary behind.

Progress is local and durable: autosave every two seconds, a validated recovery snapshot, JSON export and import, and offline farming that continues your chosen route for up to twelve hours. If the route becomes unsafe, the game falls back to the highest sustainable one and tells you why.

What you actually do

  1. 01

    A fortress that walks itself

Movement, targeting, fire and salvage run automatically. You make the decisions between engagements.

  2. 02

    Twelve module families

Siege and Rivet cannons, Flak, Induction Arc, plating, repair machinery, reclaimers and drives, with ten affix types on top.

  3. 03

    Reinforce, then research

Scrap buys permanent mount ranks that survive any swap. Research Data buys twelve instant nodes across three branches.

  4. 04

    Forecast before you commit

Every sector shows its enemy mix, rewards and a headless simulation of your current build against it.

  5. 05

    Two regions, two bosses

Eight sectors with Salvage and Hunt focuses, six enemy archetypes, two elites, the Tollkeeper and the Kiln Saint.

  6. 06

    Saves you can trust

Autosave, recovery snapshot, export and import, twelve hours of offline farming, and read-only second tabs that never corrupt the run.
