Restore the power. Open the shells. Try not to think about where the lift goes.

About the game

You start with a dead service core and one instruction: restore power. Forty Matter, an emergency feed of one per second, and eight sealed shells arranged around a freight shaft that runs further down than the building should allow.

Every machine you buy is a physical assembly in a real bay. Recovery presses generate Matter, substations supply Power, stabilizers supply Stability, and freight annexes move the output — and every family has three tiers with visibly different hardware. Nothing is a bar filling up; when you install a Tier III press you watch the press arrive.

Freight is routed, not collected. Loads take the shortest path from a machine to the root, so the shape of your wing decides your throughput, and routes stay connected through shells you have emptied. There is no call button and no collection chore.

The anomalies are the point. A Repeating Chamber unfolds a second press bay beyond the rear wall. A Folded Corridor connects a lower shell directly to an upper one at a quarter of the usual work per load. A Shared Landing makes two visible doors the same door. Each has to be commissioned once, then activated against a Power and Stability budget that a preflight check enforces before anything unsafe happens — and each has its own visible transformation.

Progress is local: purchases save immediately, elapsed income is reconciled for up to 24 hours, and a second tab opens read-only. Reduced motion stops the machinery without changing a single number.

What you actually do

  1. 01

    Machines you can look at

Four families, three tiers each, installed into real bays as visibly different assemblies rather than a tier counter.

  2. 02

    Freight takes routes

Loads walk the shortest path to the root, so the layout of your wing is the throughput number.

  3. 03

    Three anomalies, three geometries

A repeating chamber, a folded corridor and a shared landing — each changing usable space or routing, each with its own transformation.

  4. 04

    Power and Stability preflight

Every configuration is checked before it commits. Unsafe removals are blocked, not punished after the fact.

  5. 05

    Free to rearrange

Moves and swaps cost nothing; dismantling refunds what you actually paid for the machine and its upgrades.

  6. 06

    Liminal by design

A near-monochrome service building, no remote assets, and a reduced-motion mode that changes nothing but the movement.
